Develop the Groveway neighborhood in accordance with the community vision, as expressed in the Groveway Charrette. This includes a walkable mix of housing, retail and civic uses to provide catalysts that expand and connect with the downtown Roswell area.
Schmit+Associates partnered with The Integral Group and the Roswell Housing Authority to master plan the Authority’s property along with neighboring property owners. Market segments to be served include seniors, young professionals and work force residents. Veranda is designed to serve active seniors.

Schmit+Associates served with The Integral Group as the Master Developer and property owner. Principals of Schmit+Associates actively engaged with the City of Roswell in the planning and implementation of the Groveway redevelopment plan and worked to set standards for future development in the neighborhood.
