APPROACH
Schmit+Associates partnered with Integral to master plan and set the stage for redevelopment for a transit-oriented, mixed-use community. The site represents an incredible opportunity to bring together various transit systems that can connect to the broader Atlanta Metro region. Bringing together arts, civic services, housing, retail, sustainability, technology and transportation, the site will be a nucleus for a diversity of people, places and commerce.
