Build upon the success of Forrest Commons, two blocks away, in creating pedestrian-style community living in Roswell’s Groveway district.
APPROACH
Develop a combination of street front townhomes and courtyard patio homes fronting 2 separate active greens. This design introduces a smaller product to the neighborhood, encouraging more variety of home options.
