OPPORTUNITY
This project is a pivotal site within Roswell’s emerging Groveway District, just steps from Canton Street. The opportunity was to set the tone for future development—introducing a more walkable, connected pattern while respecting the character of the surrounding community. As one of the first projects in the district, it needed to establish both the architectural language and development standard for what comes next.
APPROACH
S+A focused on thoughtful placemaking and pedestrian-oriented design, creating a plaza-style layout that emphasizes walkability, gathering spaces, and connectivity. The project was intentionally positioned as a gateway—both visually and experientially—signaling the district’s evolution. Through strong coordination and design leadership, S+A delivered a project that not only stands on its own, but also serves as a catalyst for future investment and development in the Groveway area.
